Wireless ACROSS the driveway, operating on a LITHIUM Battery on the transmitter side photocell (furthest away from the control board) there’s now no need to run a cable across the driveway. Only the receiver photocell (closest to the control board has the typical 4 wires).
The battery in the transmitter photocell can last up to TWO years without replacement on normal residential traffic and will not degrade as the battery runs down being the positive of using lithium technology.
Furthermore the DXR10 can swivel up to 180° Vertically and 5°Horizontally Up or Down for the easiest alignment.
The reciever photocells operating voltage of 12-24V AC OR DC and can be wired from the system directly 10 meter distance between the photocells.
Cable can be brought into the photocell from either the backside OR externally through the bottom of each photocell meaning one type of photocell caters for all methods of install.
