Custom Made Blade Gate

ATTENTION: This option is available only for Melbourne based customers for pickup from Dandenong South or Delivery within 50KM’s AFTER COMPLETION (additional transport charges apply) .

If one of our ready made gates cannot suit your requirement then our cost effective custom gates allow for full flexibility to suit just about any installation. Blade gates offer a highly modern apperance with 50x10mm Vertical blades welded with 50mm spacing between each blade.

For custom fabrications all gates are constructed to above standard with 50x50mm Top, Sides and All internal Bracing and a 100x50mm bottom Rail, Then coated with your desired powder coat colour (Dulux powder coat).

All blade sliding gates have a support angle welded to the back of the gate for a non-interferance support system using a guide block and channel.

How It Works

Colours

Powder Coating is standard just select the colour, we offer the option of near to every popular colorbond colour, if its not in the list just reach out and let us know.

Support Angle

A welded support angle is standard allowing for use of a nylon block and channel support system, also being non interference it will ensures all guiding of the gate happens from the inside without touching the blade.

Structure

The blade custom gates are constructed of 50x50mm SHS Aluminium Tubing for the TOP, SIDES and SUPPORT STRUCTURE. The Bottom rail is constructed of RHS 100x50mm ready to support internal wheels and screw on the gear rack.

If you plan to use Internal wheels (Recommended) don’t forget to choose the wheel cut out option that’s offered (choose YES), this allows us to pre-prepare for the installation of the gate wheel into the gate so you do not need to cut pre-install.

How It Works

Step 1
Input your measurements carefully and select your options for the design, this is the most important step and directly determines the final outcome. Take your time in the creation of your custom gate.

Step 2

Place your order for Local Pickup (After Completion) or Delivery Quotation, once the quotation is updated you will recieve an email with delivery costs via local door to door courier service.

Step 3

We will create a working drawing for your signed approval, this occurs within two business days of the order being received. We will not and do not rush this process to ensure working drawing are accurate.

Step 4

Once the working drawings are signed we push to fabrication and the delivery is expected within 2-3 weeks.
