Steel Gear Rack
The steel gear rack for sliding gates is a better alternative to nylon racking, although it is noisier in its operation than nylon coated variants it has a much higher sheer strength making it less susceptible to breaking teeth due to abrupt or sudden movements.
Provided in 1 meter lengths with three threaded lugs and bolts it is typically welded to a gate however the lugs could be used as spacers instead allowing for installation by self drilling metal screws.
