Heavy Duty Sliding Gate Motor with Encoder and Limit Switches
The BXV 400 is designed to suit a variety of different applications from typical sliding gates in a domestic home up to extra long 14m length gates in a commercial environment, all this with a 400KG weight capacity. A 600KG version is also available (with the option for ultra fast).
With top of the line features like 3 stage speed control, precise encoder travel and the reliable spring limit system longevity is the basis of design.

For ease of configuration the cutting edge digital control board is housed at the top of the unit allowing for easy changes to any one of the numerous features of the system.
Further key benefits of the BXV system is the motor is controlled by an encoder giving precise and accurate operation along with its slowdowns, all completely adjustable including the speed and slow points.
The stopping point at each end is controlled by an easy to setup and durable spring limit system not affected by the Australian climate (unlike magnetic limits).
Four point adjustment
As is often the case concreting is never perfect and is more apparent once a motor is installed, this is remedied by the FOUR point adjustment system of the BXV.
Simply adjust each corner of the motor chassis up/down to return the unit to level in both directions. This will allow for easy gear rack installation to the gate since alignment is set to suit
Manual Release
Easy to use manual release incase of power outage. Insert the supplied key and turn to unlock the manual release lever. To release turn the manual release lever and now the gate can be opened and closed manually. If required a battery backup system is available for completely uninterrupted operation. The system is completely housed within the unit.

Digital Control Board
By default the control board will be pre-configured for the best typical settings for most users however with the onboard digital display and easy to use scroll buttons the configuration options are almost endless. Out of the box it will be configured for Both Full Gate OPEN/CLOSE + Partial Opening Function (a set amount of the gates travel) in a home you would just enable and set the automatic close timer (if required) and that’s it. However in an installation with a longer driveway you may want to adjust the pedestrian command to be an OPEN ONLY input allowing for the use of a loop detector to be used to detect vehicles approaching the gate and open automatically (and optionally close on the automatic close timer if enabled)
